Al Ahly’s football first team concluded their preparations for Saturday’s match against Sudan’s Al Merrikh SC.

Our team performed a tactical session, which saw various tactical and fitness drills that Pitso Mosimane, Al Ahly’s head coach, was keen to implement.

Moreover, Hossam Eissa, Egypt’s Ambassador to Sudan, made sure to attend the pre-match tactical session and hold a quick meeting with Khaled El Darandaly, head of Al Ahly’s delegation.

Al Ahly are set to face Sudan’s Al Merrikh SC at Al Hilal Stadium on April 3 at 3:00 PM in the fifth fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage.

The Red Eagles currently sit in second place, three points behind Tanzania’s Simba SC, having a total of seven points in four games.
